As in "ex juris" or outside the jurisdiction of the UK...

Or indeed "RPMS" fares as per the French expression "reculer pour mieux sauter" ?

I'm going to put in another vote for keeping it as ex-EU, but if we must change, then how about calling them FOOBIEs - Flight Originating Outside Britain in Europe

Where relevant, I use LH for Lufthansa and l/h for longhaul.

Nah, it's a currency (€) used by many but not all EU countries and certainly not in Norway. I have often bought €-denominated fares from EU countries but never from Norway.

How about:

FOOBIETWVCAYTPSHNWDRMIBDSWCIs - Flight Originating Outside Britain in Europe that was very cheap and you the passenger should have noticed we didn't really mean it but didn't so we cancelled it.

Wouldn't 'ex-mainland Europe' or something like that be better?

I suggest we start calling them 'code 50' fares.
It has some meaning, because 50 is roughly the number of countries in Europe, but it is also cryptic enough that it will reduce the likelihood of these fares becoming known to muggles...

It is a self-deprecating joke based on the premise that I misunderstood the definition of pedant. IOW, a completely stupid joke.
