Nah, it's a currency (€) used by many but not all EU countries and certainly not in Norway. I have often bought €-denominated fares from EU countries but never from Norway.

I suggest we start calling them 'code 50' fares.
It has some meaning, because 50 is roughly the number of countries in Europe, but it is also cryptic enough that it will reduce the likelihood of these fares becoming known to muggles...
