Does Club World Lounge BWI serve dinner?
 

Flying out tonight. Do they serve food or just snacks? Is it eatable?

No pre-flight dining. Go to the deli round the corner in terminal E to grab a sandwich if you want something more substantial. They have nibbles in the lounge there, but that's all. It's also a third party lounge, not a BA one. However they do serve a proper meal on board should you want it, but it does reduce your sleeping time on what is a short flight as it is.
