Think I've answered my own question...The BA card doesn't give you upgrade vouchers? These are earned through Exec club?

Not possible, the Lloyds voucher must be used through Avios.com and the Amex voucher through BAEC.
Both include T&C's that they cannot be used with other offers or promotions.
