Lost property - T5 LHR
My friend left his computer and phone in the lounge last Thursday. Whose should he contact to try and find out if it's been handed in?

there is an office in arrivals at T5 but you then have to go to the main office which I think is in T3
At least that what happened to me a year ago

He should fill out the form on missingx.com, then they will contact your friend and offer to mail the missing items.
If he flies frequently through Heathrow I would advise to collect the stuff in person (probably from Terminal 3) because once I received an e-reader which was not mine.

Lost items in the lounges get sent to bagport. Have a look here:

Lost property (if handed in) will get handed to bagport, generally on the same day and can take up to 48 hours to get registered in the system they use.
