Pre-April 28 booking showing post-April 28 Avios and Tier points

In an effort to maximise tier points and avios earned for future booking (as well as doing a massive redemption spend), I noticed that one of my bookings is showing post-April 28 avios and tier points.

This was for economy to ORY return which should be 2000 avios and 20 tier points, showing 1375 and 15 respectively.

A call to Executive Club assured me I will be credited with what is due, but they put a record of the call on the system anyway.

Anyone else had seen this?

Try re-submitting your EC# in MMB. (Click on add frequent flyer number at the bottom of the page.) It should update properly.

Thanks Newstuff, this worked and is very useful to know. It took me a while to find it, but as you say it's at the bottom of the page (I was trying to do it under passenger information and it wasn't possible).

For others trying to do this, you go to "Add Avios membership number" under "Customer Details" where you don't need to actually enter the number, just resubmit, at which point you get a message informing you that the number is already added.

Cheers, made a booking last night where this happened, followed your advice and now updated fine. Nice to know BA had their systems in order for this major change...

Related: Should this trick fix other miscalculations?
MMB is showing I should earn 230TPs from two WT+ flights LHR-DEL that I have done a UUA to CW on. Booking classes are now showing as T and U for the outbound and return flights, which is why I think it is miscalculating. I am expecting to earn the 'correct' (I think) 180, which is a shame as the 230 would put me into Silver ahead of my next trip to HKG. Tried re-entering my BAEC number, but it is insisting it thinks I will get 230TPs.

I'm having a similar problem, I've tried this trick and my MMB is still showing 1060 points when yesterday it was showing 1200 TPs. I am not even sure what actually changed on April 28th to affect this, given that it's 140 points, it sounds like a First -> Business class drop somewhere but I don't see one.

Found it after looking at every option on website but resubmitting is not changing my avios or TP to proper amount.

Yes I already posted on another forum, I booked an ET flight last week and in 'manage my booking states I will receive 20 TP and ??? avios, but my husband booked Saturday for the same flight and his is showing 10 TP and half the avios. spoke to someone at BA and they told me it would be resolved by today but surprise surprise it hasn't. I rang the EC up and they seemed to have no idea there was a problem and the call centre person said they would log it, but somehow I don't have too much faith of it being sorted without a lot of chasing which to be honest I have neither the time nor the inclination to do right now!!
