Errors booking available TAM YYZ-JFK in Y/J on BA website
Did anyone have issues or can book TAM successfully in the last few days?
I tried to book 4 tickets on BA website on TAM's newest 5th freedom flight for November 2015 (for Etihad's JFK-AUH mistake fare)
I have enough Avios, BA shows enough seats
I tried 2 different cards (MC and AMEX)
YYZ-JFK in Y or J (7 seats available) - error
JFK - YYZ in Y - error
Error are "sold out" message or "Sorry, we have been unable to complete your transaction at this time. We're sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please contact your local British Airways office."
Now should I call BA and book it over the phone asking them to waive the fee?
Is there any other website to "verify" the availability? JAL? Qantas?
Sorry if I missed a thread somewhere, Google or FT search didn't show anything. Thanks in advance

Thanks all
I've just called and booked TAM J + Y before the 4/28 devaluation
Took 10-15 minutes, India call center, no booking fee. We have 24 hours to cancel no charge
Tel: 1 800 452 1201 (from Canada) 1, 1
Daily 0730-2000 Eastern

You know those flights in J can be really cheap?! I saw it on the mileage run deals post, $84 o/w in J.

For now, miles is cheaper to me than cash, and more flexible (for cancellation, just in case). I can always cancel Avios and re-buy J
