Can I use IB,AA,AY for 4 flights rule?

I feel really silly asking this, but since I always travel BA on the 4 flights rule I'm unsure about the rule. With the JV on the TATL routes can I fly IB or AA on these to count towards the 4 flights rule? If I can do I need them under a BA flight #?

Thanks for the help in advance

IB yes, AA as long as it's booked under a BA code or is an AA flight on BA metal

The flights should be BA operated, OR BA coded OR BOTH IB coded and operated...

FWIW, last year I had an IB coded AA sector which also counted. A glitch perhaps but my 4 sector counter by that flight dropped down a notch.
