Reserving Seats - AAAARGH!
I have now spent 4 phone calls (and over an hour on hold!) trying to get seats in Club for my JFK flights over Easter reserved! Keep getting fobbed off with we've referred it to technical message until this evening when I got told to pick my seat at check-in! (It keeps letting me select the seats then comes up with an Error: Contact your local BA office message on-line!
Anybody else having these issues?
