BA, really...

Is there international Gold line? My card has no number printed on it.
In your shoes I'd email BA to complain about this. This is unacceptable. Someone needs some additional training.

it's not unusual in my experience. That is, if the special phones are closed and you have to call the regular joes line.

Are you connecting to LCY-JFK?

Complaint sent.

Yes we are.

Flight reappeared to reservation but status is ghost, no seat selection possible. Not that we care where to sit that 1 hour flight.

Both on 125- tickets, and the first booking certainly BA all the way to DUB.

Bit useless if MyFlights denies the booking[s] exist. They're all shown on the BA App, including all the sectors with AA.

The real BA gold line is usually pretty good. Use Skype to reach them.

Weird, is this with the BA PNR (not the AA PNR)?
Yes, BA PNRs for both bookings. At least they're showing on ba.com/App, so no problem really. Just a bit annoyed MyFlights denies them both.

My Flights is a bonus, not the bee all and end all. Hardly worth getting upset about if there's a bug.
Have you bothered to look at Check My Trip yet?

Yes, I have now! And they're not there either.

Not really 'upset', but when neither system (MF and CMT) shows the flights it tends to make them a bit pointless

I might give BAEC a call at some stage ... perhaps the PNRs are something 'unusual', especially the all-AA one. But a simple BA-booked JER-UK-DUB on BA (i.e. on Amadeus) not showing does seem a bit strange

(EDIT: Successfully input both manually into CMT. )

(EDIT 2: Ahh, BA.com now says one sector of the DUB-PHL-LAX-HNL has been cancelled/renumbered. Can't accept the change on-line [well done ba.com] so will have to call BAEC anyway)

My guess - stress guess - is that BA 1 may be cancelled. I was booked on BA1 on 26th and am now re-routed via LHR.

Yes, it's probably better to call to make sure, in case it's the ever reliable BA website that's wrong!!!

Even try the other usual suspects (i.e. Finnair, etc) to confirm.

See EDIT 2 to my last post! On the line to BA now ... AA1963 becomes AA0755 and departs 10 minutes later! I'm just accepting the change

Ahh! Mystery solved! 👍
And hopefully it'll show up in MyFlights again once it's been tidied up

We were also booked on 26th but wanted to try babybus, so changed to 25th.

Interesting. BAEC sorted out the change, and ba.com updated correctly, and so has CMT. But MF still doesn't show either of the bookings (all BA or all AA), despite a refresh/update. I shall waste on more time on the subject!!

26th is Thanksgiving, a lot of BA services to the US are cancelled on this day.

BA 001 on the 25th is still showing up as regularly scheduled. Indeed it's filling up: J3 C2 D1 R0 I0
