Concorde Room in IAD - Access for CCR card holders

I was in the IAD lounge last month and they were still offering champagne in Concorde dining, but in the main bar area it was a German sparkling wine. I am visiting again on Thursday and have to say that if Champagne has been removed from the Concorde dining room this will be a significant enhancement! I find it amazing that they don't serve champagne now in the main bar area....bring back Jerry...he would have something to say about it!
