ba.com: technical issues tracker

Please post any technical problems you're experiencing on ba.com below. Include platform, operating system and browser details as necessary.

11 Oct 18 Severe glitch prevents booking of flights see post #3318

Airports served by oneworld or BA partners that are not recognised on the Avios redemption search
AYQ, HID, KWL, RMQ, FTE, DAD, TSV

3 Jun 18 ... "Print Boarding Pass" generates a blank field where the BP should be! Clicking "Print" generates, predictably, a blank sheet of paper!
Mac/Safari (EDIT, 3 Jun: Solution is to "Email BP", which initially shows blank as well, but the email contains the full BP.) Same again on 3 Sep 18, and same fix!

27 Nov ... Can not search for a flight on the updated BA.com website interface , after inputting all informations ( destinations , paxs and dates etc) it pretended to load and then just reverts back to the home page with all fields now cleared. iMac/Safari

Claiming missing avios pages not working [Link]

22 Sep 16, see Post 2005. Hotel Avios giving different results depending on which page you view. Mac/Safari.

6 October 16 Cannot pay by paypal when doing redemptions

.May 18. Login to BAEC generates error message (Mac/Safari) although works on 2nd attempt. Noted at >>> https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/brit...l#post29777401

Is it even worth posting on this thread? Do BA take note anymore? The BA presence on FT has really been curtailed of late.

I have an issue with ba.com when loading the menu for a particular flight. I have had the following user journey to recreate the problem:
  1. Login to BA.com
  2. Select the booking from "My upcoming flights" section
  3. Click "Order in-flight meals" for the appropriate flight
  4. Click on "I have consent"
  5. Click on my name under the correct segment
  6. Click on "View menu" under Choose main course heading

BA.com > Login> Select flight by cli > access that PNR > in-flight meals > accept authorisation > select pax on list >

From using the dev console, I can see that the page successfully gets a response when performing XHR/GET requests. The response includes the menu (with starters, salad, main and dessert) but does not load in the modal dialog.

Only "undefined" is shown in the modal dialog.

I can see the in-flight meals page doing a XHR/GET request and get a response with the appropriate full flight menu.

Using Chrome version 57.0.2987.133 and screenshot is attached.

A link of screenshot is here.

Useless.
I'm still having a similar issue trying to book an Avios redemption - it just hangs in Safari and Chrome.

I'm now getting the "Sorry, there seems to be a technical problem" error above when I'm trying to book an Avios flight. This really is starting to get very tedious. First, the Avios availability seems to have dried up and now the ability to actually book Avios flights has gone west too.

Question AARP discount problems

I am continuing to report problems with the BA AARP discount. For example, the $130 discount on WTP fares does not show on BOS-LHR depart July 5th and return July 14th despite fares showing as "discounted." There are many other examples. Are others experiencing this problem?

Whenever I access MMB on ba.com I keep getting very annoying popup messages, such as:

These are so useless. I never travel with checked baggage on shorthaul and this feature surely doesn't "truly enhance" my "seemless experience".

BA 'knows' that 96kgs of luggage allowance is not enough for you

Anyone else missing the month of February when using the full year availability chart? Pic attached (I hope) and it appears if you scroll left/right through months in the calendar grid but it's missing altogether in the bar chart?

I had issues logging in yesterday and I had to ask to rest my password. The same error message is coming up today, but I am not being sent a link to reset my password today. IS anyone else having this issue?

I fed this back on twitter and was told that often people with status and a generous baggage allowance regularly paid for extra luggage.
