- Coq au vin
Tender slices of British chicken breast, braised in red wine, garlic and mushrooms, served with a potato purée

- Crayfish Salad
Salad of crayfish, melon, cucumber and dill served on a mixed leaf salad topped with lemon oil.

Coq au vin on the buffet last weekend - delicious.

The fishcake - not a lot of fish, but delicious.

Had the burger - better than it has been in a while - delicious.

Also had the salmon open sandwich which was a little disappointing.

(Maybe I was just hungry).

I was tempted to go upstairs and take some photos for the GC thread but it would have been too much to bear.
