Last edit by: KARFA
This thread gives the current catering options for the Concorde Room (CCR), which is airside by South Security. It also gives the menu used in the First Dining Room in LHR T3 after 18:30 hrs for First passengers. This lounge is open to passengers flying BA on a First ticket or Concorde card holders. The catering supplier is BaxterStorey, who took over the contract on 2 May 2013.

The current catering options in the LHR CCR can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here.

There are also photo guides which you can see in the following linked posts:

You can sit in there for the whole time and order everything of the menu ten times, if you like. Seriously, enjoy the experience and don't feel like you have to hold back.

Are those statements to be taken separately?

Some photos of the new(ish) menu items. I can't offer any tasting notes (apart from the plaice) since it was Filthy and LondonAndy doing all the scoffing.

Duck leg (Confit of Moulard duck leg, sweet potato mash, pak choi, caramelised plum and plum jus).

Scallops (seared black pearl scallops with creamed leeks and pancetta).

Pan fried fillet of plaice (North Sea plaice on a bed of dill, potato purée served with samphire).

I had the above today and it's a very good dish, with the gooey pototoes contrasting with a slight salty crunch to the samphire. Recommended!

Chocolate salted caramel cylinder:

Rhubarb and apple crumble:

I thought the plaice (with the crunchy green veg) and the crumble were delicious.

Those look very good, I must say. A shame my two upcoming visits to the CCR are in the morning!

I can't deny, I may have over-indulged slightly, but it was all quite delicious

With the wholemeal toast and a cup of tea (and LPGS) - fantastic.

Now that's when i actually cross my fingers and hope for a delay so I can indulge in the mushroom risotto (when it's on)

It seems there's been a change to the JFK CCR menu:

The difficult-to-read Starters are:

Soft Boiled Egg with Pancetta and Brioche Toast
and
Scallops with orange segments (approx)

Here are the Scallops

And the Bell and Evans Chicken Roulade with Spinach Mushroom Stuffing, Chateau Potatoes and Thyme Demi-Glace

The very generous wine glasses

CCR JFK - LPGS as usual but only Tattinger Rose today. Otherwise excellent wine selection and a Boutique upstate NY white blend - very good too!

To update the thread, I decided to do the right thing and took the trouble of raising the issues I posted about as you suggested. You are right, it's one thing to moan here but another to offer constructive feedback directly to BA.

I received a really constructive reply. Each of the points I raised appears to have been genuinely fully investigated and they do appear to believe there was a few issues logged on the date of our last visit which they apologised for. It was a really lovely, friendly and reassuring reply. I gather we won't be getting deep fried chips just yet though.

I was offered (unexpectedly) a very generous stack of miles for both wifey and me which have been gratefully received and we will look forward to our next CCR visit in a few weeks.

I continue to be impressed with the way BA deal with genuine feedback.

I think some minor changes to the menu compared to what is listed in post 1, menu shown below:

I had the scallops and duck leg. I thought both were very good.
