This thread gives the current catering options for the Concorde Room (CCR), which is airside by South Security. It also gives the menu used in the First Dining Room in LHR T3 after 18:30 hrs for First passengers. This lounge is open to passengers flying BA on a First ticket or Concorde card holders. The catering supplier is BaxterStorey, who took over the contract on 2 May 2013.

The new LHR CCR menu is out today and I'm delighted to confirm the Mushroom Risotto is back ^

Okay, you impatient monkey lot!
These are the items that have been added/replaced:
Beetroot Three Ways - replaces the Mushroom Brioche
Roasted baby, carpaccio, and pure of Cambridgeshire beetroot on discs of goat's cheese topped with a parmesan tuile
Pan Fried Fillet of Plaice - replaces the Roasted Loin of North Sea Cod
Fillet of North Sea plaice on a bed of dill potato pure served with samphire
Mushroom Risotto - replaces the Pumpkin & Pine Kernel Fiorelli
Creamy wild mushroom risotto finished with rocket, truffle oil and an Italian hard cheese crisp
The puddings have had a little change:
Chocolate Salted Caramel Cylinder - replaces the Lemon Posset with Blueberry Compote
Served with cashew, pistachio and hazelnut ice cream
All other items remain.

The menu seems vastly improved since I was last there in October enroute CPT. Many thanks for the info.
