This thread is a continuation of the ever popular Celebs on BA thread.

So which famous face did you encounter on BA today?

Cool Celebs on BA | 2015 master thread

Couple of real low level "celebs" on last couple of flights; JFK to LHR seat 2A was CCR manager from JFK and BA documentary "people paying 10k one way" chap. Also on flight from LAS to MIA - captain was the lady who features in the AA safety brief video!!

Apologies not real celebrities

I believe he is the JFK Station Manager for BA, and quite possibly has overall management responsibility for T7 since BA operate it IIRC.

I also believe this to be the case. He's not just responsible for CCR

Just bumped into Miranda Hart and Sarah Hadland at entrance of BA club terraces (they went to no. 1 instead...) at Gatwick. Sarah was eager for a photo but Miranda less. Amanda Holden was in front of me at check-in, talking to Miranda and Sarah. Was quite star struck! I believe they were on their way to Male!

Not that I liked the guy or anything but the way in which he stated 'people paying 10k one way' in reality he actually said 'A one-way fare is just over $10,000.' If you do look at the price of a one-way fare from JFK to LHR it is $10,841. So his statement was correct, just very misleading.

So in other words a BA corporate chap with much less responsibilities than most of the posters on this board!

Still better than some of the "it people" who often feature on here and who only the most avid Daily Mail and Hello! readers would ever know existed

There are a handful of BA pilots on various social media platforms giving a very interesting insight into the "pilot life" and I've always wondered how long it would be until I ran into one of them on a BA flight. After years of no luck last week I managed to fly with not just one, but two of them in the same week on two almost consecutive flights (bar one in between)! Absolutely amazing guys with so much passion for their job. ^

Mackenzie Crook (Gareth from the Office) on BA8709 (EDI-LCY) on 2nd Jan. Wearing a low cap to stay unnoticed at baggage claim (wasn't approached, so may have worked!)

Did you get a photo then? Post if so
You should've told them to join FlyerTalk with the incentive that they'd be in the nice lounge in future instead
