Flying Y in QR, lounge access?
 

I'm travelling LHR-DOH-DAC return in a few months on QR in Y. Currently i'm BAEC GC. i've looked on OW site and searched this forum and my understanding is that my choice of lounges is pretty limited, particularly as i'm travelling with a BAEC Bronze member. Is the situation, if anyone knows, as follows,

LHR T4: No access to QR premium. Thus it is Malaysia (or can i also use Skyteam lounge?)

In DOH: not a clue! OW site indicates Oryx longe is only for BA, RY, CX and UL flights. First class lounge seems out as no mention of guests. Thus does it mean QR business lounge?

Apologies if i'm repeating previously stated information but i'm slightly confused!

ON the other hand, flight in Y is getting 140 TP for the return trip which is very good

i saw that but the OW site says "May be used only by eligible customers when travelling on: British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Royal Jordanian, SriLankan Airlines"

In LHR you can use MH or the very nice Skyteam lounge (go upstairs for a quieter experience).

The Al Mourjan (sp) lounge in DOH is giant and busy. I used it last week flying QR in Y, but with a QR Emerald card. The Oryx lounge might be quieter, although less fancy.

Just remembered its on the one world website, it says F and J class only and no guests

Correct: no guests in the Al Mourjan.

Do go upstairs to the bar at the restaurant for Krug on tap if you do decide to stop by.
