What have people booked in the new ba sale?

Hi everyone

Hope you all had a good Xmas.

Just wanted to see what really good deals people had found/booked in the new BA sale?

Not found anything suitable yet. But then again, I'm looking to go DXB or AUH in Q4 2015, so may need to wait a few more months before the price starts to go down a little.

HOWEVER, I will be booking at the very end of the Sale if the low prices are still about. If not, I'll wait until another one comes along/look at other Sales on ex-EU.

I have found the lack of many Club Europe offers very disappointing.

However Raffles flagged up excellent ex EU rates on Head for Points
http://www.headforpoints.com/2014/12...-cheap-ticket/

I managed to get a Dublin to Orlando ticket in Club World via London for £809 incl shareholder discount. Everyone's favourite Honolulu is also available though not quite as low as Orlando

Tickets available for Easter, Summer and post Thanksgiving. Though my MCO ticket was available all of Thanksgiving week (Suspect AA flights not released for Thanksgiving yet)

Happy festive hunting...

So worth having a look ....

The ex-UK offers are a bit uninspiring. Ex-DUB is a different matter.

As has become usual, there is no ex-USA sale.

I can agree with that, booked BA1/2 for £740 today. Pleased would be an understatement.

What dates was that? I am looking to do the same but can't find anything near that cheap!

You may also need to consider looking at the AA codeshares for this service. Sometimes the BA flight will sell out of I-class inventory (the fare bucket used for the sale fare) but the other codeshares are still allowing booking.
