There have been sitewide announcements as well redirecting people to the PROPER forum for this discussion. If people can't figure out where to express their opinions on this change, then it's really their own fault.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us expressing your dissatisfaction with our product. We always try and do our best and it is clear that on this occasion we have let you down.

In recent years we have invested lots, such as bringing in ambassadors to keep our customers happy and you'll be glad to know we have increased our capability to serve more pages faster than ever before by leasing fatter pipes and this should improve customer satisfaction.
