OT: New Variant of PGML Special Meal?

AKA Pigs on a Plane

Do BA allow "emotional support animals" on their flights, or is that just an American thing?

No they have to be a proper, accredited assistance animal

Dogs providing any other service, such as emotional support, are not recognised as assistance dogs by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as they will not have been trained to meet the criteria set by ADI. They should therefore be booked as a domestic pet and will travel in the hold.
