No more lounge access at BRI
Flew back from BRI on Monday and after dropping off my bags I found out BA has not renewed the agreement with the third party lounge provider.
So if you are departing from BRI and you have status or you buy a J ticket you will have no lounge access and not even a voucher to be spent at the airport is given.
Just FYI - flew back from PUJ earlier this year and there was no lounge: however I got a 20USD voucher to be spent in airport restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.
Called BA Customer Relations and got 5,000 Avios compensation.
Ridiculous.
