Booking for my wife
 

I logged onto BA executive club today and booked a one way reward flight from bkk to lhr using avios for my wife, who is named in my household account. I'm not travelling.
When I try and display that booking, I get an error message - We can only add bookings you are travelling on. Please enter the last name of any passenger to view it in Manage my Booking.
How is it possible to manage this booking online?

On the ba.com homepage there's a grey line of links near the top of the page. One is Manage My Booking (I think it's the second of the links) use that.

You can also (have your wife) log in with her BAEC details and mange the booking online through her account.
