Interline LHR-FRA-NRT

Hi,

We are flying from LHR-FRA-NRT with BA and then JL on two separate tickets booked using BA Avios. Will BA definitely check our bags all the way through to NRT?

Thanks in advance

Yes, as long as you provide your flight details for FRA-NRT, and connection is within 24hrs.

Yes that should be OK, I can't see a problem there, provided your time in FRA is under 24 hours. Just have both reservation details to hand.

Thanks for the advice. It is much appreciated. Yes, the connecting flight is 3 hours later. Slightly worried but I am BA Gold so I am hoping if there are any delays BA will help me out. If the worst happens who should I contact in FRA. The BA Gold Eeec line back in the UK?

No doubt you have undergone plenty of sub 3 hour connections before, but I'm sure JAL, who are very much present in FRA, will take good care of you if anything goes wrong. In normal circumstances the only risk is dying of boredom.
