HNL / US gateway meet up thread (TP run or not)

I believe quite a few of us are heading to HNL later this year / early next year - some for TP reasons given the recent I8 sale, some just because it's a nice place.

Given we've had a few 'coincidence' meet-ups on previous runs during 'high sales season' and there have been a few private messages on HNL, I thought it might be good to start a separate meet-up thread (over and above / outside of the lounge meet-up thread) specifically for HNL / other TP run destinations and stops on the way (I met someone in LAX Flagship lounge last time when our TP runs paths crossed).

So, friend and I will be in following airports / locations:

28.11.
AMS, LHR, MIA, LAX

29.11.
LAX, HNL

29.11. - 1.12.: HNL

1.12.
HNL, PHX

2.12.
PHX, JFK
JFK, LCY

3.12.
LCY, AMS

Feel free to post your trips on here if you feel like seeing if someone else might overlap on your run / trips. Given the date ranges available, wouldn't be surprised if August and November were popular choices.

I wonder whether it's worth doing a wiki before all the individual posts get lost - that way people can get an overview from the wiki and look at the individual posts for the details?
