Yes it's been having a moody for far too long. I have been getting red error messages returned on at least 75% of the award searches I've made over the last year or more. As if finding availability wasn't hard enough.....when I do find it and select the flights it then asks me to get in touch with my service centre.

I entered my API in MMB (for an ex-EU this coming Thursday, if that is possibly in any way relevant) and I now can't access the booking.
Hopefully this will resolve itself, although if nothing else I'll be out at LHR tomorrow night anyway...
