I knew about kosher meails in the lounges, but how do you pre-order them?

I'd love to do this instead of waiting until i get there and then needing to get them to start seeing what they have and heating it up....

no no no. and it doesn't need to be "blessed" by a Rabbi either.

Kosher laws have certain "checks" to ensure it wasn't swapped for a non-kosher meal
in error. That's all there is to it.

The first time I planned to be in a BA lounge at LHR I emailed first to ask about pre-ordering. I was told there was no need, and that it wasn't possible anyway. To be quite honest, it usually takes no more than 5 minutes for them to check what's available and another 7 mins or so for them to heat it up.

I wonder what KSML is on BA6 in F. I just fear it’s some sort of frozen heated meal....

It is likely to be frozen Hermolis, which won't be too bad

Not so sure. When I flew BA from Tokyo (admittedly from HND, and in PE) few months ago I was served Unger's meal from Melbourne.

Fresh Hermolis will only be ex-UK. However, a number of airlines serve frozen Hermolis from various remote stations.

For the fresh meals, does this include LGW or just LHR?

Flying in July: LHR-YYZ in Business and return in PE. Nice to know the Muslim meal is seafood. I like my vodka/champas too
