Website won't complete bookings at the moment!!
Getting told that the website is in trouble (rejecting booking after payment supposedly completed) and I'm chasing the last seat at a given price - very frustrating. Can't do it by phone either they say. Try again in 2 hours they say...
BA when will you get some fresh, capable IT staff? Anyone/Everyone else enduring this? |

Then the chances are that you're chasing a seat that isn't actually available, and that may be the reason for the error.
I hope that you get lucky, but I'll be surprised if you manage to complete the booking. |
Nope, the website seems to have issues at the moment.
It just died on me during the "We're finalising your booking" phase as well. |
