Well I usually have porridge..... And a pot of coffee.....

I am not sure how much space there is on these flights, all passengers would have had a full dinner service... And USA West Coast time it is only around 6.30 am

The flights from the Gulf .... You get a snack at an ungodly hour and a full breakfast, but then local UAE time it is around 9.30 am

Do BA serve two full meals on any long haul flights?

BA is not the cheapest alternative, so I don't know how other airlines manage to keep fares lower than BA whilst serving a cooked breakfast and generally better lunch/dinner.
Even AY has better catering than BA.

Generally the GFML breakfast from SFO features an egg dish... when they bother to load it. I've had it not catered or "lost" a couple of times in the last two years.

Whilst this is hardly news, it suggests to me that both are happy supplying the minimum....
We flew EWR-LHR on the overnight VS2 in Premium Economy last Easter.

Breakfast was 2 hot options, a full english or a veggie frittata.

On our TPA-LGW last month the WT+ breakfast was nothing like this. It consisted of a box containing:
- craisins
- cold and hard croissant with a thimble of jam
- cereal bar
- thimble of orange juice

Basically, diabetes in a box and truly grim.
