CX Awards on BA.com

Does anyone know if Cathay Pacific's award inventory has been removed from the BA.com Avios award booking engine? I can't see to find any CX flights today.

Was working a day or two ago...not sure if this was a glitch or purposely done.

I'm seeing the same issue, I've been tracking CX award space for an upcoming trip from BA and CX side, the CX side still has all the space I was originally looking at.
I hate to say it, but when there isn't a single Y award space on HKG-TPE, for a whole non-holiday week. Something is definitely screwed up!

What route and dates are you looking for? I found CX availability yesterday for the routes I was checking.

The same thing happened to me earlier today. A call to the local BAEC and now I'm booked for my CX flight.

Is Avios readying for a massive devaluation? That's why they pulled partner award availability??

Given they're available over the phone, I'd suggest it's an IT problem

You're saying that someone purportedly programmed the award engine to not show partner awards?

I called them to book the flight over the phone since the system error not showing any seat for CX, the agent said she will charge $25 service fee for sure.
