Only slightly OT: More Pucci in the air !
Oh, let there be no misunderstanding here. I’m not talking of the legendary Fontaine d'honneur du Flyertalk, but of the designer. Emilio Pucci (Ancestor??), who made CC uniforms in great designs some 45 years ago.
Once upon a time there was Braniff Airways, with beige, ochre, orange, turquoise, baby blue, medium blue, lemon yellow, and lavendel aircraft designed by Alexander Girard

But the aircraft was nothing compared to the CC uniforms, designed by Emilio Pucci, the shoes by Beth Levine.

Nothing like that anymore, is it?

Oh you boys know how to make a girl feel good. Emilio Pucci is a gorgeous haut couturier with style, verve, and colour.
Both of you are being considered for high Muccihood.

Couldn’t find any gin, but other objects containing alcohol, such as this perfume box (1960):

There are also evening dresses:

…oooops, may have slipped there…
If not splashing in the water, there’s a rocking chair to relax in and catch some rays:

And of course, the Queen Pucci Throne and Official Gown, for audiences and other ceremonial occasions:

Enjoy the colours !

If you want to see some more funky BA CC outfits I recommend a visit to the heritage center at Waterside. They have the real things on display on manequins there

Nooooo, don’t think BA Crew uniforms are anywhere near the Puccis.
The only colourful is, although labeled BA/BCal:

But that’s another story, which even might touch on our Heroïne et Fountaine du Flyertalk, as rumor has it, her career actually started at BCal. Could this commercial have been inspired ….?

Or less likely this…?

Propably not this:

We never forget you have a choice…
