At that time of a day I think it's much of a muchness. CX is probably going to be quieter but BA has bacon rolls.

Any update thoughts on what lounge at T3 on a Saturday morning appreciated for breakfast...flying BA metal (silver card) in Y. Certainly dont mind the bacon rolls etc but is any other lounge better these days....

CX will have a slightly larger selection of hot items if you're there around the time of the morning CX departure. Otherwise, BA. Skip AA.
