I have a flight coming up from T3- unfortunatly I dont have the use of the F lounges so out of the business J lounges whihc is the one to go for?
I will be in the lounges from approx 7 am - 9 am.
I dont think I am too fussed about the AA lounge so should i try the CX business lounge or stick to BA galleries?

The First Class lounge is back on yourself to your left from reception through frosted glass auto doors, whilst the Business Class lounge is to the right of reception.

CX will have a slightly larger selection of hot items if you're there around the time of the morning CX departure. Otherwise, BA. Skip AA.
