"?" means that whichever system you are using does not actually support U Class Availability.

There are currently no Award Seats available on those flights:

Is there a way to check BA Avios availability of US Airways flights? The rep at BA told me this evening that the trans-atlantic US Airways flights ARE in their system but it wasn't showing any availability, and I am pretty sure there are three more award business class tickets available because I can book it thru AA or US... Flight is SNN-PHL-STL US777 May 26, US3207 May 27. Thank you!

Looks like US TATL Award Availability has now normalized:

Thanks! I just checked BA's website and they were there, but I couldn't get both flights together on one reservation. Called BA to book, she said she couldn't get me on the PHL-STL flight on May 27, even though I could book it separately online. So I booked both legs separately online and now I'm going to call to see if they can merge them... sigh... this has been such a cluster!

Does this mean that there are 13 business class seats left, 2 premium economy and 15 economy? Thanks!

The figures are not cumulative -- please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Interpreting

Thanks!

I guess then that my chances of an avios upgrade are quite slim with that load

BA U class

I am booked in WT+ on the following paid itin and am looking to upgrade to CW. There is no availability. I will check every day to see if BA opens up U class seats- but, is there a time of day when BA makes changes, or do I just try my luck and keep checking at random times?

Jun 4 LHR-IAD BA265

What does it mean??

Hello, i checked a BA flight from JFK to YUL on July 4. It says there are 9 seats, but this is what i get when i click on the details. There seems to be lots of airlines that have "9 seats" and it repeats if I change the date from 1 day before or after...Can someone explain? Are there really 9 seats or none?

Also, is there a way to find out if the flights are codeshared? This BA flight has an * so I'm thinking it's a codeshare but I don't know which airline actually flies this flight.

Thanks.

The 9 means at least 9 seats can be sold in that fare class.

What's the flight number?

BA85 LHR-YVR Aug1

I ran a search on itamatrix for this flight and it showed me availability in N.

However, neither flightstats, nor expertflyer show availability in N.
Who is wrong? And what would help me even more, how is this possible?

As ba.com can't see any N class on BA85 on 1 August (it's pricing it for me in H class), I expect it's probably ITA that's wrong.

I usually fly AA so am used to their system. Two of my friends are flying BA 282 tomorrow 6/18/2014 LAX to LHR in Economy. As of a few hours ago, they did not have seat assignments. Both are rather tall and, thus, would prefer aisle seats.

The flight leaves around 3:30pm and they are spending the night in an airport hotel, planning to go to the airport as early as feasible to get seat assignments.

How early would you advise them to arrive at LAX to get seat assignments?
