I wouldn't dare propose on an aircraft to anyone, as I'm already married. And all she got was a proposal as we were gazing at a shoe shop window in Malta 
However ... I do suggest notes passed at bag-drop, gate and boarding will inevitably generate something. OK, so it's warm white fizzy in a small screw-top bottle, but hey, you have the rest of your lives to make up for that!!
