I was going to do that just as a joke as we cannot possibly have a thread that is all positive but I thought I'd let someone else have a pot shot at that!
Of course I'm delighted for everyone that the service centres are now more accessible. A big improvement.
We still have our priority phone numbers regardless, so there!

All sounds great - Any chance someone from some continent can answer the email I sent them a week ago?

I can't even count the nights where I was awake until the wee hours of the morning just to call BA Bremen. If this is true, I can call a local office and actually sleep during the night ^
This is a HUGE improvement of Executive Club, maybe the most important change in many years.

Surely we want a telephone experience appropriate to the time of day. When calling in the afternoon the call should be directed to a local scone delivery service as at that time all the British do is have afternoon tea.
Seriously, great news. ^

That's truly great news! Thanks nicci for your work on this, much appreciated by all flyers here! ^ ^
LOL - Good idea, I think we've to start a thread discussing how many avios are in order as a compensation

Probably not too long...as soon as they realize that MAN will roll the calls to DEL for all-(Prem, GGL, Gold and Silver, You First) 3pm EST- and after MAN 1AM- from October 24th. Answer - first snow storm or disruption.

Nice development, one that will save me time and minimize service disruptions that wasted my time way too many times before.
