Is there some problem at LHR at the moment? I am in the GF lounge and nothing is moving at the runway. I can see 10 queued and a ba narrow body jet of some sort on the runway been this way for ay least 15mins

Both Runways closed (no fire cover) - Ethopian 788 apparently had a fire; although some reports say it was on the ground. Am sure this will develop.

In the flounge at T5 and looking out of the windows there is big queue of aircraft waiting to take off and nothing landing. Anyone know what is going on?

Since the pic show the plane near a terminal building, I'm a bit surprised they've closed the runways.
Or is that just standard procedure?
