Are you waiting for your pint of beer before responding to the ‘Sit down’ command

Happy Friday… After the stories about KLM / AMS, I decided to forgo my overnight flight DXB-AMS-MAN. Booked the afternoon EK direct flight tomorrow, upgraded to J with points, and got a decent hotel (with a suite upgrade) for Ł40

Having a few Brucie Bonus beers rather than trying to check in at DXB at 23:00!

Happy Friday everyone, successfully used a GUF2 to allow Mrs Firstlight (and me) to travel in F both ways on an upcoming holiday, I've made her day so looking forward to a very pleasant evening.

Happy Friday! I'm downing a pint of Old Speckled Hen on the Bath Road, ahead of our 'start of the school hols' departure from T5 tomorrow!

No more mentions of IT meltdowns, please!

How about mentions of gate A10 instead then?

Only kidding - hope you get away without issue!

Greetings and happy Friday from the ABBA concert in Pudding Mill Lane, Stratford.. And a rare usage of ABBA in this forum with no BA connection. It's amazing, go and see it.

Who can live without you? I ask in all honesty
What would the BA board be?
Without your posts or great threads, what are we?
So I say THANKS for all your posts,
For sharing with everybodee

Happy Friday! OpUpped at the gate for the second time in 6 days on a dirt cheap short haul O class fare. This time was on an oversold IB A32N to MAD and last Saturday was BA to CDG with plenty of seats spare. Was shifted to 1D both times so didn’t have my knees crushed!

That's actually quite good, but knowing me, knowing you, I fear you may have derailed the thread for a while.

Today counts as Friday right? We enjoyed a nice leisurely flight from LCY to BER, security took all of 5 minutes, and we've enjoyed a couple of drinks in Central Berlin.

Safe travels FTers, and happy jubilee to those in the UK 😊

I would indeed say today counts as a Friday as tomorrow is a public holiday here too!
Happy early Friday to all!
