Kerbside Facilitation

Well... this is nice! Is this normal procedure? This is the first time I've flown on BA since becoming a GCH. I'm hoping this makes the trek through the airport door security check at BLR airport a little less painful.

British Airways at Bangalore Airport invites you to use Kerbside Facilitation. This Service is exclusive for Premier/Gold card Passengers traveling with us in the Club cabin who have checked–in online.

Our Kerbside Facilitators will meet you at the Airport and have everything ready for you, easing the departure process.

After you have checked–in online, please call us on +91 *********, 3 hours prior to departure to avail this facility. (Pls note this number is only available 3 hours prior to departure)

We look forward to seeing you at the airport.

Has been normal at Indian airports for quite a few years though "having everything ready" sound a step on from the normal queue helping.

I'm taking it with a pinch of salt, but it does sound better than lugging your cases through the airport with restless child in tow...
