This thread gives the current catering options (2013, 2014, & 2015) for the Galleries Club (GC) lounges in LHR, of which there are three in Terminal 5 (T5A North & South, and T5B). This lounge is open to passengers flying oneworld on a business class ticket, BAEC Silver and oneworld Sapphire card holders. The catering supplier was changed on 2 May 2013 to BaxterStorey.

The current catering options in the GC lounges can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here.

Have to say the chicken curry currently available is pretty good. Plenty of meat and a thick, rich sauce. Might be a bit spicy for those of a delicate disposition, but well worth trying. And the coriander rice is also really flavoursome.

I’m very impressed with the food offering right now.

There are no QR code menus for food anymore in the departure lounges.

Oooo. Some months back they had what I swear was labelled as a chicken tikka, but was like a really, really nice jalfrezi. Wonder if it's that back? Haven't seen it for ages, so hope so.

Sorry not sure if there is a dedicated B lounge thread. Choices in the B lounge this morning amongst the usual self service buffet

I'd heard the offer in B was a bit different, but I'd not ventured there before. Does look nice; the breakfast rolls in the A gates lounges are a bit dry/hard. Those look more tasty.

It makes zero sense that the Flounge has a buffet while B gates lounge has an excellent chef station. I suppose B/C gates are longhaul biased but it would be nice to see something like this in main terminal.

I mean, i generally DIY a sausage toast sandwich with brown sauce at A gates but how civilised to have someone make it for you. And the pancake/fruit/creme fraiche combo looks delish...

This isn't something I should be so pleased about, but today at T5B while getting some lunch I noticed that there were no fruit flies!

The whole lounge feels properly clean and as usual the staff are much less up against it and happier over here. The plants are a nice touch too.

B lounge imo always worth the trek. Most of the day it's quiet enough, there is more comfortable seats compared with gallery North/South & you get to stretch the legs a bit too, plus the food station is definitely a win too. The pulled pork brioche is better than any other alternative on the buffet!
