I knew someone smart young lad would make a comment!
austerity measures mean HBO travel which means no front row for me. and it was a 170 so 2D wasn't "my 2D on a 190".
so I asked the angel in the lounge to move me from a random row towards the front to the last row that was empty so i could have space and get off quickly as LCY.
and to deliver nice pics with wings in them for you!

I am sorry to hear that. I knew things were difficult for you but I hadn't realised how much until now. Hope things improve soon and you get back to the front. I will keep you in my prayers tonight chris1979

Thanks, its not a filter as such, I shoot in RAW rather than JPEG(which does a lot of the editing without telling you) then use Lightroom to edit. There wasn't a huge amount on these. In this case I tweeted the white balance a little, increased the contrast and added a bit of saturation as well as a bit of sharpening.

If we're doing lighthouses, I'll add a couple:
Cape Florida lighthouse on Key Biscayne:
Cape Otway Split Point lighthouse along the Great Ocean Road, South Australia coast: [Edit: Otway lighthouse on next page]
