Where is BA taking you on Redemption in 2013? :)
I haven't seen a thread yet and as it is almost Christmas (according to the supermarkets anyway), I thought I would kick one of these threads off (sorry!):
We are off on our Redemption jollies as follows:
4th July 2013:
1) MAN>LHR>YVR in Club, 64JK bagged.
2) Overnight stay in the Pan Pacific, Canada Place
3) Down the lift straight in to the Cruise Terminal
4) Celebrity Millennium 7 day northbound Alaska cruise in Aqua Class from Vancouver, finishing in Seward
5) 'Wildlife' transfer from Seward to Anchorage Airport (that's alternatively known as a bus ride back to the airport...)
6) Air Canada from ANC>YVR
7) Pick up a SUV from Hertz
7) A week by/on the lake at the bottom of my F-I-L's garden near Kamloops BC, with trout fishing (eating) off his jetty and plenty of beer!
8) YVR>LHR>MAN back home in Club 64JK again!

Nothing so pretentious
Just the usual JER-UK-IAD in May in CW (on the cheap, of course, with UuA). Still looking for something for "Winter Warmth", again with UuA to retain Silver. Slightly more enjoyable than a simple TP run

Hell I haven't booked New Year yet. Nothing fixed yet for 2013 but hoping for
* Saba for diving
* Senegal for nightlife
* Togo for voodoo and a West African experience
* Myanmar before the tourists ruin it
* NYC for shopping over Easter (rather humdrum I realise )
* Sicily for the OH's upcoming big birthday

Hopefully no voodoo or high jinks for me.....just a week of trout fishing,walking and watching wildlife based in a remote Wester Ross cottage.
Rest of our time will be spent shopping then gallivanting about Madrid.

I am scheduled to be doing an LHR<>BER in March on reward saver since 18k miles + GBP 40 will save me about GBP 500. And since domestic connections are free I will do NCL-LHR a few weeks before and LHR-NCL a few weeks later on the same ticket!
Then I will am also planning to do LHR<>DXB in May. Hope to get a UUA to CW on that one, but may go via AUH to secure the Saturday night stay without having to spend too much time in DXB.
I also have LHR<>SIN in October, but that may be hard to score on Avios so I might pay full fare for that one.

Don't do cruisin' so that's out. YMMV. Hope you enjoy it.
Yup, were down to 200k. Stressful times when there's only one l/h in MMB. We need that post-Christmas sale
