New BA Ad..."friendly lemon"
...had a quick scan on the board and cannot see anything about the new BA ad campaign.
I have to say I do like the new ad, short and to the point and pointing out the differences between BA and the LCC

I like the ads. It has the English understatement that we mainland Europeans so much like. It really says "our product is so good we can now focus on the small details." Having flown a non-reclining low cost carrier recently that is a really powerful message.

What's wrong with it - I'd rather a Happy Lemon rather than a Bitter Lemon.

As the OP (and therefore the 'citron acerbe' in question - hint hint ) I must say it's grown on me, and I'm certainly glad for the ethos that underlies it. And I speak as one who ought to be at cruising altitude right now enjoying a gratis whisky and ginger, but is grounded by that troublesome Sandy

The TV adverts really are rubbish IMO. Totally pointless, they don't sell the product well, and are just rather 'bleugh'. The 'To Fly to Serve' has no meaning in the context of the adverts.
