Do all the intra-European 767s have long-haul-style lie-flat Club seats?
This is new information to me

Indeed. Let no one get excited, while these substitutions do happen, don't all rush on to 767 operated intra-European routes with too high a hope

I guess there's no way of knowing in advance that a flight is going to have this config?
Anyone hazard a guess as to rough frequency of CW seats on CE routes?

Yes and the picture with the sunrise at LHR is a nice one as well.

The rare instances I have heard of this happening it has been been on ATH and IST routes, I am speculating but this could be down to the relative length of these vs. say Amsterdam
I was on a 767 back from ARN earlier this year and it was the usual short-haul configuration. It was an old plane but I liked the fact there was a proper partition to the CE cabin rather than an annoying curtain

Poor IMHO.
