Just a normal day in the BA office...
Browsing through youtube today and came across this call to BA. I found it very hard to listen to at points, and thought the two BA agents handled the calls very well.
I couldn't bring myself to watch all three...but just thought I would share so that people can see the unexpected pressures faced by front line staff.

For the record, I don't believe in chemtrails

In other news, Willie Walsh is a reptilian shape shifter from the constellation Draco! I have proof. But you can only see the proof if you are dead.
Basically (!) ... if this chap has the evidence that he claims to have then he should take BA to court and subject his views to scrutiny as a matter of public record.
Calling telephone call centre agents in this way is either a joke, in which case one video would have been enough, or pathetic.

Videos two and three are even better!
In part two he goes on about the (admittedly interesting) concept of a legal person and the debate about whether or not you can be prosecuted if you refuse to give your name.
In part three he goes on about UFOs and "messing with the ionosphere"!

He's getting confused with the distinction between a natural and legal person...
I also saw a video on his channel at the Jobcentre where he wanted to be called Master Terry on his JSA application. Strangely enough, when the adviser told him he had a choice between using his real name or failing to receive benefits, he suddenly piped down.

This chap seems to be based down in Cornwall.
There cannot be many BA flights that go over Cornwall. A few Caribbean ones perhaps? But most TATL traffic heads north west from London.
Conclusion: he is either lying or using a statistically insignificant sample.

It's that an-ti-gew-a flight. Every time it flies over, it rains...

I remember back in 2001-2002 some of these 'Chemtrailers' infiltrated PPruNe and a bit of a war broke out between the two parties, so much so that the American (why does it always have to be Americans?) who ran the Chemtrail site banned all discussion of whether they actually existed or not. As far as he was concerned, they did exist, and therefore discussion was now to focus on tracking and reporting.
No helping some of these people.
The most amusing bit about this new lunatic is how he calls the reservations line...and then begins to fret about running up a huge phone bill. He could teach the revolutionaries of the Arab Spring something about balancing a budget, I'm sure!

Hah, that is class!
I used to run a company (it still exists) that runs dating websites - we used to get some classic calls!
http://www.fitlads.net/tmp/looneytun...b-redacted.wav was especially good, but so were:
