Quidco (UK) Cashback now on all flights

I spotted today that Quidco now payout cashback on all BA flights, whereas previously it had just been Club Europe or something daft.

Although not huge amounts, it's worth noting that the cashback is on the full amount you pay (including the taxes and fees), unlike the shareholder discount.

  • 1.5% for Short Haul Flights
  • 2% for Long Haul Flights
  • 5% for Hotel + Car
  • 5% for Hotel only
  • 5% for Car only
  • 3% for any Flight + Car
  • 3% for any Flight + Hotel

If anything, see it as a percentage of your credit card fee back!

Or just change your credit card registration country to Germany and don't pay it in the first place

Very good spot indeed. I use quidco wherever possible, good to finally get something back on all of these short haul Y flights I book.

I understand that with other airlines such as EK, cashback is paid on the ticket fare only and not the taxes/fee's.

I prefer topcashback myself... they add 5% to the cashback value if you request payment in amazon vouchers. They usually have comparable rates to quidco and no annual fee.

Currently only for flights+car/hotel, but they tend to update their cashback offerings less often so watch this space. Also topcashback has a US dollar version of their site

Um, yeah, don't hold your breath. I've been waiting almost a year for several bookings made through Quidco.

Hotels have posted fine and BAA parking ok but waiting times seem to have widened in the last couple of months.

Nice to see it opening up to other bookings but remain to be convinced in the short term

The terms say this though:
Cashback is paid on any flight when packaged alongside Car or Hotel.
Think this would mean it is not paid if booking flights only?

.. and now cashback on flights seems to have disappeared, sometime in the last 90 days. All trace of earning on flight-only has disappeared.

Also jut noticed that quidco for european flights seem to have stopped cash back - it was all kept rather quiet that "pulling" - shame it usually helped to pay for the car parking or at least contributed...poor show!
