772ER with only 4 rows of WT+?

I am looking at the seat assignment for an upcoming flight from HKG-LHR on a 777, based on flyertalk its a 772ER but it is only showing 4 rows of WT+ (21-24) row 25 is missing, is this an error, or are some aircraft configured like this.

Also in this case would there be any restriction on the recline in row 24 AB or JK

Thanks

This is correct- it is one of the G-YMM* aircraft operating your flight with the RR engines, there are 4 rows of WT+ as opposed to the normal 5 on the GE engined 4-class 777's. This guarantees AVOD.

There also 777s (the ones with 17 F seats) with only 3 rows of WT+.
