Household account, card holder, "not" is not active

Hi!
I'm an owner of household account and have a lot of avios.
I want to buy a ticket for my girlfriend who is a member of the account.
So when i chose "buy for Avios" and reach the payment section there is no option "No" for question "Is the payment card holder travelling on this booking?" - only "Yes" and i cannot change it.
The problem is that i want to pay by myself and i'm the card owner while the e-ticket contains:
Card Type Visa Credit
Card Holder MS Bla BlaBla
Card Number ************1234

So in receit - her name and my card number.
I will not be with her when she will fly, but i'm going to leave her a card.

Do you thing there will be any problems becouse of discrebed above?

I've never once been asked to show a credit card - I booked a reward flight for my wife from DUS-LHR last month when she got stuck in Germany, paid for it on my card and only had that option too, she was fine

I have occasionally had to show my card on BA flights (although admittedly for a flight to/from a supposedly 'dodgy' locations) so it's not guaranteed.
