800 Number Not Working

800 Number Not Working
I can't seem to get anyone to answer at the 800 #. Instead I get a recording saying all agents are busy, it tells me to go to the web site and then hangs up the phone.
I'm calling 800-452-1201. The local 718 number is exactly the same. According to somebody I know this has been going on for at least a day or more.
Is anybody else having this problem?
