Guys,

Does anyone know how many tier points you get these days for an internal US domestic flight in FIRST Class on an American Airlines flight??

Unless it's changed recently, 180TP for flights >2000 miles (ie JFK-LAX) and 60TP for <2000 miles.

I do quite a few short hops in First on AA - so all those extra 60 points per flight can come in handy!

Yeah the 60 points make it worth going into AA hubs and choosing AA connections rathe than non One World members......on a typical US trip I can probably log another 240 points ^

For domestic US flights - All transcon AA services (Coast to coast), and flights to Alaska Hawaii are over the 2k threshold.

Also, DFW-SJU and ORD-SJU (if you include Puerto Rico).

Other flights include
NYC-LAS

Couldn't find any other AA flights at that level.

Hi,

Although the front cabin to Puerto Rico is classified as business ( not first) and from DFW you will get the business tier points for flights above 2k miles.

I just rerouted SEA-LHR-SEA in CW to SEA-JFK-LCY-JFK-SEA, with AA F on the transcons... staggering.
