I don't see any option to transfer on the IB+ website, although I don't have any Avios in that account.

It looks like the avios.com website requires a UK addresses to register.

I think I do have a household account with BAEC (I made accounts for all members of my family and linked them together).

So, can anyone confirm whether I can make the transfer (IB+ to BAEC) if I have a US address?

You may not transfer IB+ to EC if you have an EC household account. You may only transfer them via avios.com, but you can't do that either since you have a US address.

Only options I can think of are to dissolve the household account temporarily or to change address. I think both of those give you a six-month waiting period before you can reverse the change.

Thanks stifle and angatol for your responses. As I don't have any close relatives in the UK, I think I'll just use my e-rewards for something else rather than trying to make up a fake address.
