Contacting BA by phone...
In the past I had no problem getting through (eventually) to BA using the 800 #. 800 452-1201
In the last few days I can't even get to hold. I'm just told all lines are busy and then click. Disconnected. Talk about losing business.
Suggestions for getting through?

I can't remember the last time I actually telephoned to give BA (or any other airline) business - it is bad that they don't answer the phone but like DYKWIA says I'm sure normal business will resume next week. I just hope that you weren't trying to phone for the miles offer.....
