It means Gold Guest List. It is the tier above gold but it is by invitation only although it usually given to people who have earned 5000 tps a year or 3000tps per year over two years. (I think)

I hate to break it to you, it is merely just another level. With luck, you may become one of the covetted Mucci, which is far, far, far more important.
